Odoo implementation in Pakistan by a certified Gold Partner
Oakland is an Odoo Gold Partner delivering Odoo implementation in Pakistan for growing companies with 50–500 employees. FBR e-invoicing readiness and the federal/provincial tax split are configured from day one, and the work is priced in PKR against a fixed scope agreed before kickoff.
What you get
- Full-scope Odoo Enterprise implementation on the apps you actually need: Odoo Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing (MRP) and HR, with Odoo Studio for low-code extensions
- FBR e-invoicing readiness: registration and integration through an FBR-licensed integrator, with Odoo as the integration endpoint — tested before go-live
- The goods-vs-services split configured properly: federal 18% under FBR, Sindh (SRB) 15% and Punjab (PRA) 16% on services, with parallel registrations and tax groups
- Payroll set up honestly: Odoo’s listed Pakistan payroll localisation scoped in a demo, or a payroll-provider pattern with journals into Odoo Accounting — EOBI and TY2025-26 slabs accounted for
- Data migration from local accounting software, QuickBooks or Excel with opening-balance reconciliation before the final switch
- Role-based training for finance, warehouse and sales, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and a rehearsed go-live plan
- Named project manager and post-go-live hypercare, from discovery through optimisation
How a Pakistani rollout runs
Most mid-market implementations take 3–6 months from kickoff to go-live. FBR e-invoicing and the federal/provincial tax registrations are configured and tested inside phases 3 and 4 — not after go-live.
Discover
1–2 weeks. Process mapping, requirements, success metrics — a written scope document and a fixed quote in PKR.
Design
2–3 weeks. Solution blueprint: apps, workflows, integrations, data model — signed off in writing before configuration starts.
Configure
4–8 weeks. Odoo configuration, Odoo Studio tailoring, integrations, role-based access — local compliance set up here.
Migrate
2–4 weeks. Data migration with validation cycles and user acceptance testing before anything touches production.
Go-live
1–2 weeks, plus hypercare. Cutover, go-live support and hypercare until Odoo is simply how you work.
Optimise
Ongoing. Post-go-live tuning, reporting, and an upgrade roadmap.
Project stuck halfway with another partner?
If your Odoo project is mid-flight with another partner — or stalled entirely — we run a takeover audit before quoting anything. We review configuration, custom code, data quality and the integration landscape — including any FBR integrator work — and set down in writing what is worth keeping, what needs rebuilding, and what it takes to reach go-live. Your Odoo subscriptions and your data stay yours; switching partners is a technical exercise, not a negotiation.
Evaluate before you commit
A discovery call with a senior consultant puts scope, timeline and the fixed price in PKR in writing — with a team working your Monday–Friday week in PKT.
FBR e-invoicing and the tax split, in plain terms
Pakistani Odoo projects stall on compliance more than on features. Since SRO 709(I)/2025, electronic invoicing is mandatory for all corporate and non-corporate sales-tax-registered persons, and integration runs through FBR-licensed integrators — SROs 1413(I)/2025 and 1852(I)/2025 refined the staged deadlines through 2025. Odoo ships no documented native FBR connector, so the real work is integrator/API engineering, and your ERP becomes the endpoint FBR sees. On top of that sits the split: goods owe the federal 18%, services owe the province — Sindh (SRB) at 15% since the Sindh Finance Act 2024, Punjab (PRA) at 16%, KP and Balochistan at roughly 15% — and a company selling both across provinces carries parallel registrations and parallel monthly returns. We configure the registrations, tax groups, invoice rules and the filing calendar inside the implementation, and your tax adviser signs off the rules while we make Odoo produce exactly what each authority needs.

Common questions about Odoo implementation
How long does Odoo implementation take in Pakistan?
Mid-market projects typically complete in 3–6 months. Multi-system integrations or multi-entity structures extend the timeline — and the discovery phase is what sets the real calendar.
What does FBR e-invoicing mean for our implementation?
It is a workstream, not a feature flag. We confirm your registration obligations under SRO 709(I)/2025, select the FBR-licensed integrator path with you, build the Odoo-to-integrator integration, and test invoice clearance before go-live. The deadlines have already passed for sales-tax registrants — this cannot wait for phase two.
How much does Odoo implementation cost in PKR?
Fixed scope, fixed price in PKR. The project derives its binding number from the fixed-price discovery phase, scaling with apps and integrations. Odoo licences are separate and priced by Odoo S.A. — see our pricing page (/pk-en/pricing/) for the framework, and always take current per-user rates from odoo.com/pricing.
What happens to our current partner if we move to Oakland?
Partners change more often than anyone admits, and takeover is a technical exercise, not a negotiation. We run a takeover audit documenting what exists — configuration, custom code, data quality, integrations — and take over from there. Your subscription and your data remain yours throughout.
