Odoo Implementation Pricing
Oakland is an Odoo Gold Partner delivering Odoo implementation services for mid-market companies in Saudi Arabia, and this page shows exactly how our pricing works: a fixed-fee discovery phase, fixed-scope implementation tiers, and monthly support retainers — alongside the separate Odoo software subscription you pay to Odoo S.A. Every figure below is a planning framework, not a quote — your binding numbers always come from a written proposal.
Core
One or two entities, finance + sales/inventory basics
- Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM
- ZATCA e-invoicing
- Arabic/English document layouts
Growth
Retail, distribution, or multi-branch operations
- Core + POS or eCommerce or Manufacturing, integrations, custom reports
Enterprise
Manufacturing, complex supply chain, multi-company groups
- MRP/quality, custom modules, third-party integrations, multi-entity consolidation
Three things move the number: scope (how many Odoo apps and business flows), data (how messy your legacy records are and how much must migrate), and customization (how far standard Odoo is from your process before configuration stops and development starts). A retail chain running POS and inventory across branches needs a very different budget than a manufacturer with MRP, quality, and ZATCA e-invoicing integration — which is why we price the plan, not the software.
Step 1 — Discovery & scoping (fixed fee)
A paid, fixed-fee phase that produces the blueprint and the real budget before you commit to implementation:
- Workshops with your process owners, current-state and target-state mapping
- Odoo app selection and gap analysis (configuration vs customization)
- ZATCA e-invoicing readiness and data migration scope
- Phase plan with timeline, deliverables, and fixed prices per phase
- Licensing sizing: users, plan recommendation, and your Odoo subscription estimate
Fee: fixed fee, quoted per scope · Duration: typically 1–2 weeks.
Step 2 — Fixed-scope implementation
Implementation is quoted per phase at fixed prices against the blueprint — you know what each phase costs before it starts. Typical engagement shapes:
Milestone payments per phase · UAT with your team before every go-live · Fees in SAR, excluding VAT.
Step 3 — Retainer support
Post-go-live support runs on monthly retainers rather than tickets billed ad hoc:
Tier — What it includes — Fee
- Essential — Bug fixes, user questions, small tweaks — Custom quote
- Managed — Essential + monthly improvement hours, health checks, version-prep — Custom quote
- Dedicated — Managed + allocated developer/consultant days, SLA-backed response — Custom quote
Response-time SLAs and included hours are set per tier in the proposal.
Odoo software licensing — what you pay Odoo S.A.
The Odoo subscription is separate from our services and is set entirely by Odoo S.A. — plans, prices, and terms change, so treat every number here as indicative and always verify current prices at odoo.com/pricing before budgeting. Odoo bills subscriptions in USD; the SAR figures below are conversions at the exchange rate on the check date.
One App Free
USD 0. One app for unlimited users, excluding Odoo Studio, on Odoo's cloud; a way to trial a single function, not a company-wide system.
Standard
approximately USD 16.90 per user / month, billed yearly. All apps included except Odoo Studio; hosted on Odoo's cloud.
Custom
priced per user; current rates at odoo.com/pricing. Adds Odoo Studio, multi-company, and external API access; on Odoo.sh it adds staging branches and more developer control.
Licensing vs implementation services — two different invoices
This is the part that saves budgets, so we state it plainly: you pay two different invoices to two different companies. The Odoo subscription (per user, per month) is paid to Odoo S.A. — it buys the software right to use, hosting, and Odoo's publisher support. Implementation services (discovery, configuration, migration, customization, training, support) are paid to Oakland — that is our professional fee, and it is the part that actually determines whether the system gets adopted or shelved. Where you ask us to manage the subscription for you, the license appears as a separate, clearly labeled pass-through line at Odoo's price. We never bundle the two into one opaque number — our proposals show each line separately.
What is not included in our fees
Odoo subscription fees paid to Odoo S.A.; third-party software licenses (tax engines, EDI, shipping integrations); infrastructure beyond Odoo.sh standard usage; travel for on-site work; and your own internal project time. Any contingent work outside the approved blueprint is quoted separately before it starts — no surprise change orders.

The fastest path to a real budget: book a scoping call, or run the for an indicative range, then commission the fixed-fee discovery phase that produces the binding quote.
