Where we manage an Odoo subscription on a client's behalf, the license is billed as a separate, clearly labeled line at Odoo's list price. Our role as a partner does not modify your license agreement with Odoo S.A.

Indicative figures on this website are frameworks, not offers. Binding scope, fees, timelines, and payment terms are set out in a written proposal and the services agreement signed with the client entity. Work begins when both parties have signed the applicable agreement and any agreed prepayment has been received. Fees are quoted in Saudi riyals (SAR) unless otherwise agreed, and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

The text, structure, graphics, and methodology descriptions on this website are owned by Oakland or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables developed for clients, ownership of client data, and any licensed third-party components are governed by the applicable services agreement.
